For the first time since December of last year, the Carolina Panthers won a home game as they defeated the Saints 23-22 for their 2nd win of the year. Former Panthers legendary WR turned NFL Network analyst Steve Smith joined Kyle and reacted to the Panthers win.
The first thing Steve reacted to the win was that while Bryce was not perfect, he did enough to get you the win, and he liked how they got him out of the pocket as well as getting him to run as well as breaking some of the tendencies that he had earlier in the year. Steve was also pleased with Dave Canales admitting that he had the wrong gameplan for his personnel earlier in the game as it showed growth.
Steve went on to discuss the growth of both Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker as well as a big performance from TE Ja’Tavion Sanders.
