A quick look at the best Carolina Panthers bets on FanDuel
With an injury list a mile long it’s hard to predict just how bad the Panthers are going to look tomorrow. You can catch current odds on all NFL games for Week 7 here on FanDuel.
This space is going to offer weekly updates and advice on player and team prop bets specific to the Carolina Panthers. Take a look:
Any Time TD Scorer
Chuba Hubbard -115
Hubbard is rated as the second likeliest touchdown scorer in this game by any time odds, for the second week in a row. Last week was the first week Hubbard did not score a touchdown since Dalton took over the reins as starter. Diontae Johnson (+155) is rated as the next likeliest Panther to score and he is officially listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game after having only limited participation in one practice all week.
Player Passing Yds
Andy Dalton O/U 233.5 (-113/-113)
Dalton hit the over last week by one half of a yard. Refer again to the section in the last paragraph about Johnson’s health status and ask yourself if you have any faith in this passing game. Taylor Moton is also out for a second consecutive week.
Rushing Yds
Chuba Hubbard – O/U 70.5 (-113/-113)
We usually offer insight here on receiving prop bets as a way to get into what is expected of the passing game this week. FanDuel is not offering any receiving props for the Carolina Panthers in this game. Yeah, it could be bad.
Hubbard, on the other hand, is looking to get a Christian McCaffrey-like workload in light of the injuries and question marks along the rest of the offense. The good news is that that has never worked out poorly for a Panthers running back before and that Jonathon Brooks might make his first appearance, uh, next week against the Denver Broncos.
