Pat McAfee Calls for Drastic Change To The Indianapolis Colts
Ever since the Indianapolis Colts‘ lost in week 17 to the two-win New York Giants, he has made sure to lets the Colts know that he thinks they stink and changes need to happen.
Pat McAfee who we all love and know proposed a bold plan to trade nearly the entire roster and begin anew.
“I wish we could transfer portal the whole f–king team,” McAfee remarked, referencing the NCAA transfer system.
He emphasized the need for a complete reset, urging the Colts to unload most of their players except for a select few.

} )();
The short list of players McAfee wants to keep in the building includes:
- Michael Pittman Jr..
- Alec Pierce
- Quenton Nelson
- DeForest Buckner
- Kenny Moore II.
The rest, he suggested, should be sent packing, including star running back Jonathan Taylor and quarterback Anthony Richardson.
“Jonathan Taylor? Trade his f–king ass out of town,” McAfee said bluntly. “You got a second-round pick? Sweet. First would be better.”
He called for Richardson to be traded, casting doubt on his status as a franchise leader.
Leadership and work ethic issues within the team has been of question.
McAfee argued that these problems “never happen on good teams.” After Shane Steichen said they happen on all teams.
While some might consider McAfee’s critique extreme, his passionate words reflect the disappointment many Colts fans feel after a season marred by inconsistency and missed opportunities.
For McAfee, a fresh start is the only way forward for the franchise.
