The Panthers face the Jets after a week of joint practices in Charlotte
The Carolina Panthers are facing the Buffalo Bills in their preseason finale. The Bills are sitting their starters, while new head coach Dave Canales is threatening to play his. The balance of knocking off rust versus not getting anybody hurt is a tough dynamic to master and will only ever be judged harshly in hindsight.
Fortunately, Panthers fans and observing media have enjoyed a modicum of easy success over the past eight years and are, thus, not prone to snap or extreme judgment.
Get ready to see Bryce Young and company gear up against the Buffalo Back-up Bills in a contest that is not sure to calm our nerves for 2024 even a little. I’m just hoping we get to see that first Young to Xavier Legette connection.
