Brought to you by TUMS
Homecoming season is here, bringing students, alumni, and the community together at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the nation. This time-honored tradition brings together old friends and new for the ultimate celebration of Black excellence.
Actor and HBCU alum Lance Gross came through to this year’s HBCU NY Classic to watch his alma mater, Howard University, face off against Morehouse College on the football field.
The four-time NAACP Image Award winner graduated from Howard in 2004, where he attended on a full track and field scholarship. The Oakland native posed for photos with fans before heading to the concession stands for a bite to eat, a highlight of any game day.
“The energy, the crowd, it’s like coming home. But you know what’s calling my name? The concession stands. Time to grab some game day favorites. You already know what time it is — I can’t watch the game without it.”
Lance grabbed a philly cheesesteak, kabobs from the gyro stand, and a sweet treat for dessert. There’s nothing like kicking back with some good food and the game in front of you.
The energy of the crowd and the excitement of watching the historic matchup play out on the field was unmatched. But when the occasional heartburn and upset stomach popped up during halftime, it was time to grab his TUMS Gummy Bites.
“Occasional heartburn and upset stomach are trying to ruin my vibe. Good thing I’m always ready with TUMS Gummy Bites. We’re not letting that take me out today. And just like that, I’m back in action.”
Don’t let occasional heartburn and an upset stomach ruin the big game. Grab TUMS Gummy Bites for fast relief on the go.
