Ikem Ekwonu On His Mindset Entering Year 3

The Panthers are in their first week of training camp, so football is approaching. Panthers LT Ikem Ekwonu joined Kyle Bailey to discuss some of the changes during the offseason and his expectations for the 2024 season.

This is the first year of new coach Dave Canales being here in Carolina as Ickey noted that the energy he (Canales) is contagious and you can build off of that. Ickem also said this offseason he tried to use all the resources he could to help better himself as a player which he admitted he didn’t do as well during his 2nd year.

Ikem would also talk about growing a bond with the new O-Lineman in the organization, and how he thinks Bryce Young will be in his 2nd season.
