The Washington Commanders have clinched their first playoff win since beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 2005 NFC Playoffs. To celebrate the Commanders’ season, the hosts of the sports podcast I Hate The Homies welcomed special guest and football legend Clinton Portis to the show. This sparks a debate where Clinton, the 2002 Rookie of the Year, and the hosts go back and forth on who stood out as the top running back of the 2024 season.
As Portis reflects on his career, the conversation shifts over to the era of NIL deals, something his son is now experiencing as a college athlete on the Miami Hurricanes, where Clinton Portis himself was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame for his contributions during his time on the team.
