The last few weeks for the Hornets have been chaotic with Mark Williams being rescinded by the Lakers and in the first game since the all-star game Mark Williams is back going against the team that rescinded the trade. Head Coach of the Hornets Charles Lee joined Kyle Bailey to discuss Mark Williams return, and what his expectations are for the homestretch of the season.
Charles Lee first talked about Mark Williams being back with the Hornets, as Charles told Kyle that Mark’s return to Charlotte was seamless and it’s great to get a player the caliber of Mark Williams back is a big thing. Coach Lee also told Kyle that he told Mark that we have seen him grow across the board, and he needs to use the last few weeks as fuel moving forward.
The conversation with Coach Lee went on to discuss his expectations for LaMelo Ball to end the season, and how he expects to use his now deep depth in the frontcourt.
