The Clemson Tigers entered this year off only their 2nd appearance in the Elite 8 ever, and this year the Tigers are just as good, if not better. The man behind the success, Brad Brownell joined Kyle Bailey to discuss what has made this Clemson Tiger team so special.
When asked about how last year’s elite 8 run has motivated him, Coach Brownell told Kyle the motivation goes back to missing out on the tournament in 2023 as a turning point and he said this year they wanted to validate last year’s squad, and Brad said he is fortunate to have such a talented core from top to bottom.
Coach Brownell would later go on to discuss the importance of veterans such as Ian Schieffelin as well as Chase Hunter, and how transfer Viktor Lakhin has fit like a glove for the Tigers this year.
