After a successful road trip, the Canes return home
The Carolina Hurricanes (43-23-4) have returned home and will face the Nashville Predators (26-36-8) at 7 P.M. tonight at the Lenovo Center.
The Canes are coming off a successful road trip where they won three of four games. They are 9-1-0 in their last 10 games.
The Preds are having a bad season and have won just one game in their last six games. They are 5-4-1 in their last 10.
Brady Skjei will return to Carolina for the first time but his production is much less than his time with the Canes.
Look for Pyotr Kochetkov to start in net. The goaltender had a rough start last game in Los Angeles and will look to return to his normal form tonight. He is 10-3-2 in his last 15 games.
It looks like the Canes will start the same lines as they did in Anaheim. If the morning skate is any indication, Svechnikov looks like he will be sitting again tonight.
