Canes look to rebound after yesterday’s loss
The Carolina Hurricanes (32-22-4) take on the Calgary Flames (28-23-8) today as both teams complete the second game of a back-to-back situation. Game time is 5 P.M. and the contest will be televised by the FanDuel Sports Network.
The Canes are coming off a 3-1 loss to Edmonton last night. They are 4-6-0 in their last 10 games.
The Flames were shut out in Florida last night, 3-0. They are 4-5-1 in their last 10.
Look for Pyotr Kochetkov to be in net for Carolina. The goalie is 21-11-3 with a .902 save percentage so far this season.
Dan Vladar was in net last night so I would look for Dustin Wolf tonight for the Flames. Wolf has a 20-12-3 record with a .913 save percentage.
The Flames are led by Jonathan Huberdeau and Nazem Kadri, who both have 43 points on the season.
