The San Antonio Spurs traded Devonte’ Graham and a second-round pick to the Charlotte Hornets, sources told Adrian Wojnarowksi of ESPN.
The Hornets will waive Graham.
The Spurs are also reportedly helping to facilitate a sign-and-trade between the Kings and Bulls involving DeMar DeRozan.
