CHARLOTTE (CHARLOTTE SPORTS LIVE) — Fresh off an NBA All-Rookie First Team selection, Brandon Miller has been named to the select team for USA basketball, Team USA announced on Friday.
As a part of the team, Miller will train with Team USA in Las Vegas from July 5-8 as it prepares for the 2024 Olympics in Paris.

The select team is coached by Orlando Magic head coach Jamahl Mosley.
Being on the select team is a great way to prepare for one day being on Team USA. Six players on the 2024 USA Basketball roster have been on past select teams.
USA Basketball says 30 select team members have joined USA national teams that have competed at the Olympics or FIBA World Cup including former Hornet Kemba Walker (2019).
USA Basketball’s first game in the Olympics is July 28 vs. Serbia.
