The Cleveland Cavaliers are a team to monitor in a potential sign-and-trade scenario for Miles Bridges, sources tell Marc Stein. The Charlotte Hornets have interest in retaining Bridges. Bridges played the 23-24 season on a one-year, $7.9 million deal as he came off his suspension for a felony domestic assault incident. Bridges had a no-trade clause in his contract.
After sitting out the 22-23 season as his legal situation was resolved, Bridges averaged 21.0 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 37.4 minutes over 69 games with the Hornets. Bridges is represented by Rich Paul.
The Los Angeles Clippers have also been linked with Bridges, whose market has been slow to develop.
