Jovan Buha: There’s also LeBron James’ podcast partner JJ Redick, who has become the hot coaching name around the league right now. He’s gotten a lot of buzz with the Charlotte Hornets job. He’s been one of the frontrunners for that, he’s already interviewed for that a couple of times and JJ to me I see some parallels with Steve Kerr from a temperament perspective, they are not necessarily that similar. I think JJ runs a little hotter than Steve does. Steve is a bit more calm and laidback although I think JJ can show that side of him during his podcast, but in terms of being a media presence who is beloved and who has shown how smart they are by getting in front of a microphone and giving their takes that’s where I see some of the parallels where like Steve Kerr had a very successful broadcasting career before landing the Warriors job and was very good at communicating.
