Next week, Charlotte City Council is expected to vote on a proposal to spend $30 million of tourism tax revenue to help the Charlotte Hornets build a practice facility next to Spectrum Center. But questions remain about how the team and City Council will resolve concerns about community use of the new practice center and the existing NBA arena.
