The 2023 college baseball regular season has concluded and it’s now time for all of the college postseason tournaments with spots in the Men’s College World Series on the line.
On Monday, D1 Baseball released its latest rankings – the final top 25 poll of the regular season – which featured a ton of movement. Three Power Five teams – South Carolina, Duke and Washington – fell off the list entirely, to be replaced by Auburn, Texas and Alabama.
At the top, Wake Forest retained its spot as the No. 1 team in college baseball, but with SEC regular season champion Florida climbing to second place and swapping with rival Arkansas at No. 4.

There are a number of conference champions on this list, but the SEC and ACC really dominate the rankings. The SEC boasts eight teams in the top 25, while the ACC has five.
The Pac-12 has the No. 3 team in the nation with Stanford, along with Oregon State to give them two teams. The Big 12 has three and the Big Ten has Maryland.
Coastal Carolina, Campbell, East Carolina, UConn and Dallas Baptist rank as the top colleges outside of the Power Five conferences.
