Dawn Staley is celebrating South Carolina’s latest national championship with a little Eurotrip.
On Wednesday afternoon, Staley posted video of herself in Paris at the Paris Saint-Germain-Barcelona Champions League match.
Needless to say, the environment at Parc des Princes looks pretty sick.

A’ja Wilson, one of Staley’s former stars at South Carolina, is also on the trip. Wilson shared video of herself and the coach having fun at the match.
Wilson and Staley also met up with tennis legend Serena Williams at some point on Tuesday, per Staley’s Twitter.
On Sunday, South Carolina capped off an undefeated season with its third national championship under Staley, beating Caitlin Clark and Iowa 87-75 in the title game in Cleveland.
“The Love that was poured into @GamecockWBB this season was truly felt. The Love that was given to our FAMs and friends we hope filled your hearts. The Love God showed us after our hearts were broken last season is unmatched. Absolutely NOTHING BEATS LOVE,” Staley said on social media Monday.
The South Carolina-Iowa game smashed viewership records, continuing an upward trend for women’s basketball.
Staley praised Clark for the major role she had in driving this surge in popularity, adding on Monday night that she feels the women’s game had been “held back” by outside forces.
“I think women’s basketball was being held back intentionally,” Staley said prior to the men’s national title game, via On3. “For one reason or the other. We are bursting at the seams with talent. Young talent, great coaching, great players. People want access to our game.”
