CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WNCN) — Two teams who have yet to lose in this young college football season are facing off Saturday in Chapel Hill.
North Carolina (3-0) is looking to improve their start to this unpredictable season against James Madison (2-0) at Kenan Stadium. Kick off is set for noon.
The quarterback carousel at UNC continues, as last week the Tar Heels started Conner Harrell but played Jacolby Criswell for most of the game against NC Central. Criswell, who two years ago battled Drake Maye for the starting role, will get the start against the Dukes.
JMU is coming off a bye week after wins against Charlotte — who UNC beat two weeks ago — and Gardner-Webb in their first two contests.
Saturday’s matchup is the last of a three-game homestand for the Tar Heels. They travel up Tobacco Road to play at Duke next Saturday afternoon.
