Good work, lads.
The early returns on new men’s soccer head coach Marc Hubbard: pretty good! NC State spent a fair bit of time ranked this season, reached the NCAAs, and yesterday advanced past No. 4 seed Georgetown 2-0 to reach the Sweet Sixteen. Wonder if Mark Gottfried game them a pregame pep talk.
It’s been a long time since the men’s squad reached this point of the tournament, so this alone is a hell of an accomplishment.

Now that’s using your feet right there.
Seven ACC teams have advanced to the Sweet Sixteen—UNC and Duke not among them. The Wolfpack will next face No. 13 overall seed at 2 p.m. ET on Saturday.
