Don’t scare us like that, Ms. Wuf

Everyone’s extra hyped up in Week 1, including the mascots, which probably explains why Ms. Wuf decided to get a running start off the helmet car during her pregame entrance on Thursday night.

Thankfully she landed with her arm tucked in and the car missed her, because that thing looks heavy. We can’t have Mr. Wuf being made a widow on the Carter-Finley field, traumatizing thousands of onlookers. The school can’t afford those therapy bills.

Ms. Wuf, being the professional that she is, bounced right up and carried on the rest of the night like nothing happened. Played through the bumps and bruises because the team needed her. Inspirational, really. Just don’t scare everybody like that again, Ms. Wuf.
