Dave Doeren and Robert Anae held quick press conferences over the last couple of days to talk a bit about their team’s start to camp. We are less than three weeks from the opener, and NC State scrimmaged for the first time on Thursday.
Dave spoke about the competition between the receivers and secondary, practicing in the rain, and the improvements Travali Price has made.
Anae went through some of the guys who have stood out on the offensive side—interesting that both he and Dave mentioned Keenan Jackson, isn’t it. Anae also talked about finding some two-back looks this fall to take advantage of the talent at that position. What a difference a year makes.
Twenty days, everybody!
