DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Duke men’s basketball is back home Tuesday night to battle another team currently undefeated in Atlantic Coast Conference play.
The No. 4 Blue Devils (12-2 overall, 4-0 ACC) host the Pittsburgh Panthers (12-2, 3-0) at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
Duke is fresh off a trip to Dallas, where they routed SMU 89-62 on Saturday afternoon. Freshman Cooper Flagg led the Blue Devils with 24 points and 11 rebounds, while Tyrese Proctor and Kon Knueppel each chipped in 14 points. Head coach Jon Scheyer missed the trip due to an illness, but will be back on the sideline Tuesday night.
Two of Pitt’s three conference wins so far have also been against ACC newcomers. The Panthers hosted Cal on New Year’s Day and Stanford on Saturday. They won their contest against the Cardinal 83-68, with Ishmael Leggett scoring 21 points to lead the team.
Duke stays home for their next contest, a matchup against Notre Dame on Saturday.
