DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Fresh off an Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament championship, Duke women’s basketball is ready to open the NCAA Tournament with home court advantage.
The No. 2 Blue Devils (26-7) face the No. 15 Lehigh Mountain Hawks (27-6) in a first round game in Birmingham Regional 2. Tipoff at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham was originally set for 8 p.m., but has been pushed back to 8:36 p.m. due to the preceding game.

Okananwa, one of Duke’s weapons off the bench along with freshman Toby Fournier, also had 10 rebounds to record a double-double.
Lehigh won the Patriot League Tournament championship to punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament. In the Mountain Hawks’ 74-62 win over Army, Lily Fandre, Colleen McQuillen and Maddie Albrecht all scored 13 points apiece for Lehigh.
The winner of Friday night’s game will move on to play No. 10 Oregon, who defeated No. 7 Vanderbilt in overtime earlier in the evening, in a second round game on Sunday.
