The Duke-Wake Forest game on Saturday afternoon ended on a sour note.
After the final whistle blew, Wake Forest fans stormed the court since Wake got a big win, and in the process, Duke superstar Kyle Filipowski got injured. He collided with a fan before a few more fans ran into him and had to be helped to the bench by Duke’s medical staff.
Here’s a look at the injury:

As everyone would expect, Duke head coach Jon Scheyer is super upset and is wondering when court storming is going to be banned since Filipowski suffered a knee injury.
“I’m more concerned about the well-being of our guys,” Scheyer said after the game. “When are we gonna ban court stormings? How many times does this need to happen?”
Court storming used to be a lot of fun but they’ve become more and more dangerous over the years since players have been getting hurt.
With Filipowski now the latest victim of getting injured, there should be an even bigger push by numerous schools to get the NCAA to ban this for future seasons.
Duke dropped to 21-6 overall with the loss while Wake Forest improved to 18-9.
