Rivalry week is here for college football and one of the rivalries that’s set to be renewed this Saturday is Clemson-South Carolina.
Both teams can’t stand each other and Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney knows that. In fact, he had a perfect statement about the rivalry on Tuesday when he was asked about it.
“You’re going to get sucked into it one way or another,” Swinney said.

This has been a rivalry that’s largely been dominated by Clemson over the last several years but South Carolina did win last year’s matchup in Clemson, 31-30.
Before that, Clemson had won the last seven in the series. Clemson also leads the all-time series with a 72-43-4 record.
This year’s contest will take place in Columbia with Clemson coming in with a 7-4 record while South Carolina is 5-6.
Kickoff will be this Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET and it’ll be televised by the SEC Network.
